Acceptable use

Not allowed

• Anyone's face or voice but your own, unless we have their written permission.
• Public figures, politicians and candidates, unless it's you and we've seen proof.
• Anyone under 18, in an avatar or in a clip.
• Nudity, sexual content or sexualised images of real people.
• Harassment, threats, bullying or content meant to humiliate someone.
• Fraud, scams, fake endorsements, or passing a video off as real to deceive people, including about elections.
• Hate, violence or content that praises it.
• Clips you don't have the rights to upload.
• Removing, cropping or hiding the Made with Flavi mark or the Content Credentials.
• Getting around our checks, limits or blocks, or using automated tools on Flavi.

How we enforce it

Photos, clips and finished videos are checked automatically. Anything that fails isn't made or delivered, and deliberate breaches count as strikes. After repeated strikes, or one serious breach such as sexual content of a real person or anything involving a minor, the account can't make new videos. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
